2. "Device" refers to the hardware on which the Software is installed or used.
3. "User" refers to any person who downloads, installs, or uses the Software.

🎁 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on a single Device

🔐 User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the Software for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
2. Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software or its Content.
3. Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Software or its underlying infrastructure.
4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software or any associated systems or networks.

💾 Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including its Content and any associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of the Licensor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software or its Content without the express written permission of the Licensor.
