This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between You and Captioneer LLC ("Licensor”). Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Captioneer software ("Software"). It provides a license to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

This EULA governs your acquisition and use of the Software directly from the Licensor or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

👩‍💻 End-User: By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software (as defined below), you, the End-User, agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

📚 Definitions

  1. "Software" refers to the computer program, application, or other digital product provided by the Licensor, including any updates, upgrades, or accompanying documentation.
  2. "Device" refers to the hardware on which the Software is installed or used.

🎁 Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Licensor grants the End-User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single Device strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

If you register for a free trial of the Software, this EULA will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA.

The license that is granted to You by the Licensor is solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

🔐 Restrictions

The End-User shall not:

  1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transfer the Software, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
  2. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
  3. Reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  4. Commercially exploit the Software or make the Software available to any third party.
  5. License, sell, rent, lease, sub-license, host, outsource, or otherwise transfer any rights in the Software to any third party.
  6. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Software.
